I had to read the results over and over to make sure I was reading it correctly. What can I say, you have been an inspiration for many and no different for me. I am very thankful for all your help over these few years. What helped us a lot with the troubleshooting was how you taught us during the classes. It was your format of 6 full labs and two weeks to complete with no answers allowed us to build a solid foundation with respect to the technologies and features. So when we were give only 2 hours to answer 11 tickets, because we spent thousands of hours configuring the routers/switches and doing countless debugs and show commands, it allowed us to stay calm and logically solve each one. If the students don't have that experience then it will be difficult to answer the troubleshooting section and Anura and I were very fortunate to be part of your successful program."
